At FuzzCare™, we are committed to the quality of our products and the happiness of our furry customers. Since we specialize in pet hygiene and comfort, please review our return policy below:

1. 30-Day Return Window We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

2. How to Start a Return To start a return, you must contact us first at info@fuzzcare.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Hygiene & Safety (Non-Returnable Items) To ensure the health and safety of all pets, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or have come into contact with animals. For sanitary reasons, pet beds and grooming tools must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a return.

4. Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@fuzzcare.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. To process your request quickly, please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the damage or defect.

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items unless the product arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
