Shipping Policy

At FuzzCare™, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. We work with global fulfillment partners to bring you high-quality pet products directly to your door.

1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Estimates Our standard shipping time to the United States is 7-15 business days depending on your location. Please note that these are estimates. While most orders arrive on time, delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking information may take 48-72 hours to update in the system. You can track your package directly on our website.

4. Multiple Shipments To ensure the fastest possible delivery, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages. If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes FuzzCare™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Lost or Damaged Packages If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if the product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@fuzzcare.com so we can assist you with a replacement or claim.
